After breakfast, we took a cab from the hotel to the main town of Pangkor Island. Even the Thaipusam was celebrated a month earlier in KL, however it was celebrated on that day. It was an eye opening and good experienced for my friends from China as they haven't witnessed personally this amazing festival. Check out the closed-up shots of the vel skewers piercing the skin, tongue or cheeks. Can't help but to really amaze and wonder how come those kavadi bearers didn't feel the pain at all. Is awesome !
